Small in size, the Tohatsu 4 hp has a built-in internal fuel tank built into the motor for hassle-free operation. The 4hp also features standard built-in external fuel tank connections. Simply add an optional fuel tank and line for additional fuel capacity for those longer days on the water. (optional 3.1 gallon fuel tank: $44.95 and quick-connect fuel line: $49.95 can be found in our parts/accessories section).

With a built-in fuel tank (.29 U.S. Gallons) conveniently located on top, the 4 hp becomes ready for cruising quickly and without taking up extra space in the boat. An external fuel fitting also comes standard with this model to allow for future hook up of a remote fuel tank.


Through-The-Prop Exhaust
Through-the-prop exhaust greatly reduces engine noise for a more enjoyable boating experience. This feature is standard on all Tohatsu outboards 4hp and above.
