What is a "TLDI" model outboard? Why can't you ship the TLDI?

TLDI = Two-Stroke, Low-Pressure, Direct Injection. This new technology is currently offered by Tohatsu on 35HP, 40HP, 50HP, 75HP, 90HP, and 115HP models. This outboard provides exceptionally smooth operation and outstanding performance all the while providing superior fuel and oil efficiency.

We cannot ship any TLDI outboards due to the complex nature of these outboards. Tohatsu requires the selling dealer to service the engine prior to customer taking delivery. Sorry, no exceptions.
